We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we make it very easy to return or exchange your unworn/unwashed product(s). We do not accept returns on custom made products, but we do have our $6 Re-make Program. We also do not reimburse for the cost of shipping back to our facility.

When shipping returns or exchanges back to us, please include your original packing slip and a note explaining the reason for the return. Once we receive the return, we will promptly refund your payment method.
