*The compression fabric is made to stretch for an optimal fit. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size.
How to Measure: Use a cloth tape measure or string and a ruler to measure the circumference of your un-flexed bicep where the top of the arm sleeve will be. Match your un-flexed bicep circumference to the chart above to determine your arm sleeve size. If you are between two sizes, size down.
